We create a detailed report listing, every room in the property, all the items in each room and their condition complete with time and date stamped photos.
We meet the tenant at the property, record meter readings, list keys issued and complete a schedule of condition.
We visit the property and produce a full report, with time and date stamped photos stating the current condition with any maintenance issues highlighted for the landlord’s attention and any excessive wear & tear noted for the tenant to be aware of their liabilities.
We meet the tenant at the property, record meter readings, list keys, review the original report, reinspect the property and produce a check out report listing any substantial changes from the original inventory report schedule of condition giving guidance on liabilities for any costs resulting from repair/cleaning required.
